Samuel was a smart young man with a bright future; it looked like nothing was going to stop him. In 2013 he graduated from university with honours and he was ready to conquer the world. A few weeks after graduating from University he landed his first job; he was looking forward to putting everything he learnt into practice. However after the first few weeks he realised that a lot of people in his office did not like him, it was not because he was not good at his job, and it was because he was very good at what he did. He worked in the organisation for a year and he describes it as a nightmare, there was always someone who tried to put him down and point out what he was doing wrong. Sam knew his stuff and he knew that everything that was happening to him at the time was just part of the process. He saw what he was going through as training for the future and he kept doing wat he knew he needed to do. He once told me that he knew that he was working with people who knew that he was going places and they were were never going to be nice to him. He did not focus on what was said he focused on the truth and the truth was that he was on his way to greatness. He has since achieved so much success because he did not focus on what the world was saying, he focused on what he could do. The truth was that, Samuel isa very talented young man with a bright future in front of him.

A lot of people could have easily been side tract by what other people were saying about them, I was one of those people who affected by what other people were saying about when I first started working. In my first year of work I forgot everything I had learnt because I was more focused on what people thought about me. I settled for low paying jobs until I realised that I had settled because my desire to be like was bigger than my desire to live up to my potential. In 2015 I realised that I was better than the jobs I was doing and that it was time I starting looking for more things out of life. The truth is that a lot of us are operating below their potential everyday because they are so focused on what other people are saying bout us, I want you to focus on the truth right now, I am going to ask you a question and I want you to answer it honestly. What sort of life would have now if you only focused on what you needed to do and not what other people were saying? You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.
