Change your routine and reach your goals

It is nearly the end of another year and some people have either got closer to their goal or they have completely fallen behind on their dreams and their bills. At the start of 2016 we were all excited with what the brand new year was going to bring, we looked at the things we would like to achieve by the end of the year. The running shoes, bicycles and swim wear, language books all came out at the beginning of the year. By the time we got to 15th January our new year’s resolution was broken. For a very short period of time you thought of having that great body, going on holiday and speaking a bit of the language and doing the job you have always wanted. But what happened to all these plans? Accomplishing all the things would have messed with our routine, enrolling in that Spanish class at your local college would mean you would be missing your favourite TV programme which is only on a Tuesday night. Changing your life will require you to give up some things in your life. Doing further studies and work will mean you don’t have a lot of free time to do what everyone else is doing on the weekend.  If you do  things you need to do when you need to them, the time will come when you will do things you want to do when you want to do them. It is crazy to think that a lot of us are not where we want to be in life because our goals will mess around with our routine.  Frank
